Presently, the total workforce of the company is 259 made up of 65 Engineers (15 expatriates and 50 Nigerians) and 194 others (technical and non-technical staff).

An articulate Engineer with over 40 years international experience in Project management, Mr. Dave W. Obray has handled a number of multi – million dollar Projects successfully in various countries such as South Africa, Mauritius and Zimbabwe prior to joining Pivot Engineering Company Limited as its Managing Director.

| BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR – Mr. Kehinde Bolodeoku
The Business Development Director, Mr. Kehinde Bolodeoku graduated from University of Ibadan, with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Economics. He holds an MBA degree and his experience spans over 10 years in Operations Management, Transport and Logistics management, construction, marketing and general management. |

| FINANCE DIRECTOR – Mr. Richard Ayibiowu
He graduated as a Surveying Engineer and later a Chartered Accountant; he is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigeria. He has acquired a wealth of experience working with Map Data Services Limited, Price Water House Coopers and Arthur Andersen. Until his appointment as Finance Director of PIVOT, he was the Head Corporate Planning & Development in the Corporate Office of the Honeywell Group Limited and was responsible for business development, corporate finance, strategic planning, budget and budgetary planning and control, financial statements review and consolidation, and management of SPVs.

| OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – Mr. Tony Rapson
Tony Rapson graduated from the University of London with a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering. He is a member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology. His experience spans over 30 years in Project Management and Planning. Until his appointment as Operations Director, he was the Regional Director of the London Power Associates responsible for developing LPA contracts in the Middle East and Health & Safety policy.

| GENERAL MANAGER, COMMERCIAL – Mr. Emmanuel Ukwuji
He is a graduate of Quantity Survey with over 23 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction industry. He has worked with various consulting and construction companies. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute Quantity Surveyors and a Registered Quantity Surveyor (RSQ #700).
