PIVOT WINS EKITI STATE ELECTRIFICATION PROJECTS

The Ekiti State Electrification Projects have been awarded to Pivot by the Ekiti State Government. These projects are: Electrification of Aba Alagbodu and Aba Akinyemi in Ekiti State on Turnkey basis; Electrification of Usi extension in Ekiti State on Turnkey basis and Electrification of Ayetoro extension in Ekiti State on Turnkey basis. These projects involve the supply, transportation and erection of all materials and equipment.

Being part of the Federal Government's resolve to ensure that more stable power supply gets to every community in the country, this new project will boost economic empowerment and rural development in Ekiti State. The execution of the project commences immediately.

PIVOT TAKES OFF WITH JEHOVAH'S WITNESS LAGOS OFFICE PROJECT

The Jehovah's Witness Lagos office project is gradually taking shape, following the progress being made in the construction work at the site. It will be due for completion early next year.

PIVOT WINS ANOTHER 132kV D/C TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT

The Federal Ministry of Power and Steel has awarded another 132kV D/C Transmission Line Project to Pivot. This project is at the New Haven-Ayangba axis of Enugu State of Nigeria. The project is worth billions of naira and its duration is expected to last for eighteen (18) months.

NEW SUPPORT TEAM JOINS PIVOT

Recently, five expatriates joined  the staff of Pivot. The new team, who are Filipino nationals, are expected to bring their expertise and years of experiences to bear on improving the services of the company.

First phase of the 70 million Owerri-Ahoada-Yenagoa 132kV power transmission line commissioned on the 20th of May 2005.
